Hello all, This is just an announcement that qcad is being removed from debian wheezy for depending on qt3 libraries [1] and from wheezy, squeeze, and lenny for containing non-distributable files [2]. Similarly, "partlibrary" will be removed for having non-distributable files [3].
Per our discussions last year [4], qcad in unstable and testing/wheezy will be a transitional package recommending librecad, the community maintained qt4 port of LibreCAD. LibreCAD will be backported to squeeze to give users an alternative to qcad.
