Well the graph is a very crude way to find dependencies. It only uses
the libtbx_config, which only exist for the python modules.

I confirm Radostan's list, but you must use the same configure line as
he does. With the default build, you don't have all those libraries. I
even have 2 more libraries in my cctbx_build/lib:

libann.so
libclipper.so
