For instance I going to remove that --rpath option 'cos I don't like it anymore. We have PREFIX and DESTDIR support now so I guess we can live without it. So I hope you won't have to much merge trouble tomorrow. But when you just work on setup.py or sconsutils.py then it should be fine.
