Hello everyone, Following the ITP filed here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=725705
I have uploaded a first package for the NFFT library. It is an extension of the FFTW library for non-equispaced nodes, which is an essential component of Magnetic Resonance Imaging reconstruction. I believe it would be a great addition to the existing Debian science collection, alongside FFTW. Is anybody interested in sponsoring it ? The NFFT uses FFTW and follows a similar data structure and design. It also uses autotools, which made the packaging not too tricky to start with. Keep in mind this is my first package, so please be patient :-) Here is the link to the RFS: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=725772 Cheers, Ghislain -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
