Hi,
eclib-2014-05-14a-2 is already in debian, but upstream since released
2014-08-05. I packaged the new version and slighly modified the
configure line to work around a bug which would have given issues with
NTL 6.2.1, nothing fancy.
The repository is in debian-science's git:
ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/eclib
