Hi, at least for GCC 4.8 and GCC 4.9, the debian science team took care about the fortran90 module version transitions. Would it be possible to do the same for GCC 5? The amount of packages to rebuild is small, so please check that out and the extend/correct https://wiki.debian.org/GCC5
