Hi everyone!

I indeed still maintain the PPA [1]. These builds are nightlies of the
Trilinos repo (a clone is [2], but their plan is to entirely switch to
GitHub by the end of the year) with the debian folder of [3] (branch:
debian). Most of the work for this was done by Felix and me, but as Anton
pointed out there are still some things to do. A blocker for myself had
been the nonexistence of a parallel netCDF in Debian, but this situation
might sustain for a little longer so I think we can go ahead and get the
Trilinos debian package in shape and add the parallel I/O functionality
later (it should be trivial).

Perhaps we can discuss the details of what still needs to be done in a
separate thread for everyone who's interested. Graham, Felix? Hands up!
