To answer the question of your other mail: You can checkout the Git
repository where the package debian-science is maintained and add a
Depends line to the tasks file in question. Just see my last commit for
an example. Its described in the Blends doc

Citations are maintained inside the package metadata. I've added
debian/upstream/metadata with this information. For more detailed
explanation see the according Wiki page. (It needs about one day
for the citation to propagate to the tasks page of the web sentinel.)
