Hi all, just so that nobody starts to duplicate work: I've re-started building VTK7 from scratch. It builds with the same system libraries like vtk6, but it needs gl2ps >= 1.4, which is in experimental, and d/copyright needs a review. For the moment I also think it is better to stick to the python default, which is still python2.
Once the copyright review is done, I think one can upload it to experimental. If nobody beats me to it I'll do so within the next week. Best, Gert
