I also like the idea. Call out for a Sprint to develop/implement a strategy, I suggest. Mine would likely be to start with big data and GIS since we have quite some bits on that already and it is somewhat trendy to attract a larger audience with an announcement. Some vicinity to teaching institutions may help. Steffen
