Dear Frédéric-Emmanuel, dear all, I noticed that mmdb v2.0.5 was uploaded to experimental, however, the full transition of mmdb does not seem to be carried out yet. I wonder what were the showstoppers? All r-dependencies of mmdb (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-mmdb.html) seem to build successfully for me, therefore, I guess the transition could be initiated. mmdb >= 2 is a build dependency of coot, which I would like to see in Debian one day.
