Hi, I installed openblas to provide blas. This is on debian buster.
However, trilinos-all-dev cannot be installed if I don't install libblas-dev (and hence libblas) which libtrilinos-teuchos-dev depends upon. Is there any specific reason why the reference blas is needed?
