Hi,

I imported new upstream for ratpoints, which prompted several more changes and
updates to get the package to build properly and with fewer lintian warnings,
mostly related to the new upstream version number. The .pdf documentation was
replaced by a .tex document in the upstream, but doc-base does not support type
.tex. So this lintian warning remains unless there is something else to fix
that.

ratpoints (1:2.2.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload
  * New upstream version 2.2.1
  * Regenerate automake.patch
  * New doc name and format ratpoints-doc-2.2.tex in
    ratpoints.doc-base and ratpoints.docs
  * Rename libratpoints-2.2.1.install and update package name in
    control with new upstream version number
  * Remove debian/missing-sources/ratpoints-doc.tex
    (ratpoints-doc-2.2.tex now in upstream)
  * Remove debian/missing-sources from copyright
  * Update debian/* copyright year

These changes have been pushed to the salsa repo at
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/ratpoints. Can someone please review and
upload? Thank you!
