Hi, I once updated clhep[1] including changing soname. It seems it has not passed new and I did not noticed and left the package alone. Meanwhile there where competing NMUs due to time_t transition so merging them into existing changes was quite a mess. I tried to upgrade to latest upstream but I'm not conviced that all changes are really good ideas (SONAME change might be questionable, please also review d/copyright in case we want to rename the binaries accordingly).
