I fixed #929122 in 3.14.17-1 (uploaded) thanks to the help from themill and amck. In 3.14.17-2 (still in NEW queue) I enabled building with ASL solver library, hence we have ipopt and sipopt solver executable now. I think the package is now more usable and in a better shape. Since I am no expert for solvers, feel free to correct me if I have done anything wrong. Thanks, Shengqi Chen
