addressed. Have also prepared an early update to 23.0.0 that compiled for me but that I have not investigated any further.
Rene has also submitted a patch that I have not looked at. The update to 23.0.0 I hope to help keeping your all's momentum.

It looks like x86_64 is hardcoded in
debian/libarrow-python2200.install usr/lib/python3*/dist-packages/pyarrow/lib.cpython-313-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
debian/libarrow-python-flight2200.install usr/lib/python3*/dist-packages/pyarrow/_flight.cpython-313-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
