Thanks Kirill for adopting libmatio.

Actually I had opened a WNPP bug to mark the package as orphaned,
because even though it is formally team-maintained, it was de facto
orphaned without me contributing to it. So Kirill turned the bug into
an ITA, which was the right thing to do.
