- uscan warning: depends on https://github.com/madmann91/bvh/issues/116
- d/patches removed
- d/install renamed
- suggested d/rules simplification leads to a build error since it
installs to debian/libbvh-dev instead of debian/tmp, must be an issue
with upstream CMakeLists, and somehow the override magically sets the
right destdir to tmp.
- copyright: no, I did not personally sign anything, I can remove it if
needed, it's just my current affiliation at the university.
- Andreas Tille has been mentoring me last month already, but I did not
want to saturate him more which is why I asked for reviews from others :)
