Dear team,
recently I created a merge request [1] to incorporate Helmut Grohne's
patch to fix cross compilation issues of the file carving software
scalpel [2] -- recorded as bug #980064 [3]. This patch [4] separates
the CFLAGS from CC, so that those do not get lost, when CC is overridden
by dh_auto_build as described by Helmut.
I am kindly asking for a review of this merge request which closes
#980064. Thanks already in advance.
