Hi all, I’ve been a Debian developer for a number of years mostly working with the golfing team. I am looking to modernize the cryptcat package that was removed after bullseye, probably using the packaging from Kali at https://gitlab.com/kalilinux/packages/cryptcat. It was suggested to me that this team would be interested in co-maintaining the package (very little work anyway since the code hasn’t been updated since 2003). If that’s the case, could I please have my salsa account (ssgelm) added to the pkg-security-team salsa group so I can push the repo there? Alternatively if someone would prefer to create the repo for me I am happy to submit a MR with the packaging.
