Mark CVE-2018-1121/linux as unimportant
We are currently ignoring the issue, but wait a bit if upstream comes
still with a solution. It is believed that there is no sensible way to
address this without performance impact or other side effects and will
thus likely be ignored upstream as well.
The issue is still fairly minor anyway
