Demote severity to unimportant
Now that unstable disables the cantata-mounter, as soon the package
migrates to testing, the issue does not affect anymore any produced
binary package in any supported suite. As such it is more sensible to
demote the severity do unimportant to avoid making the impression
stretch or jessie binary packages are affected.
