Add CVE-2021-39371/pywps
While the upstream issue #790 was not marked as fixed, the pull request
changes the lxml default parser, I guess we can consider the issue fixed
with this change merged, which is upstream since 4.4.5 and the first
version in unstable containing it is 4.5.0-1.
