CVE-2023-42456: Try to clarify that no vulnerable version was in unstable
Only the version in experimental, the only one 0.2.0-1 was in
experimental. With the initial upload to Debian unstable the fix landed
as well, making no Debian unstable released version affected. Try to
clarify this.
