Revert "Triage CVE-2024-0553 in gnutls28 for buster LTS."
This reverts commit e234a770f5eb3e440d40f1995fe9db67a1df2d73.
CVE-2023-5981 was fixed in DLA 3660-1 and as such buster is affected by
the incomplete fix (as the vulnerable code now present), so affected by
CVE-2024-0553.
