Update status for CVE-2024-33899/rar
Verified with src:rar as packaged in Debian and 2:7.00-1 is indeed the
first version after 2:6.23-1, where 6.23 is indeed still affected and
7.00 does the escaping for the comments. So update the status accordinly
and track the fixed version as 2:7.00-1. Mark as no-dsa for the other
still supported suites as src:rar is in non-free and not supported.
unrar-nonfree tracking as well as affected as listing a crafted file
would not escape the comment. Tested version in the 7.0.y series show
that the fixed one is 1:7.0.3-1.
