Track fixed version for CVE-2024-36472/gnome-shell
In fact as described in the nodes the fix in 47~rc-3 in experimental was
more a hardening related to CVE-2024-36472. There do not seem to be
additional fixed intended to it from upstream, so consider the issue
fixed with the applied patch referenced. Now 47.0-3 entered unstable, so
update the metadata.
