Update status for CVE-2025-68617/fluidsynth
As pointed out in 83cf07dcd750 ("CVE-2025-68617,fluidsynth: bullseye is
not affected") and in the GHSA-ffw2-xvvp-39ch the vulnerable code was
introduced indeed only in 2.5.0 upstream.
