please don't use suite-specific <unfixed> tags. All versions below the current
<unfixed> tag in sid or the recorded fix for sid are implicitly considered
unfixed as well. If you've verified that a certain suite is affected, please
add this information to the relevant bugreport as a followup or add a NOTE:
entry. Having suite-specific <unfixed> tags leads to spurious errors, where
an issue is still tracked as unfixed after a DSA (because suite-specific
override the information inferred from DSA/list.)
