I implemented this a while back. See links 'show unimportant issues' and 'show issues that may be vulnerable but need to be checked' (i.e. <undetermined> issues) at for example: http://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/status/release/unstable Moritz had me hide those by default, but I think at least undetermined should be shown by default.
