I want to secure hard disk. How ?

Hi Debian Gurus !

Is there a way to secure hard disk (with linux partition) to not mount
on the other PC ? I
mean encryption or any other thing to be safe after i.e. hard disk
robbery. Any comments
will be very very helpfull.
