Hi Jeff. My pcmcia netcard also don't work when i switch on my laptop. When i type ifconfig it prints: UP BROADCAST RUNNING then I enable multicast (ifconfig eth0 multicast) It works and ifconfig prints UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST
