There were a few iterations of the updated package before it was released
(the disclosure date was shifted several times and new issues popped up).

Until recently the archive management script (dak) on security-master.debian.org
discarded the previous changes files, but apparently it no longer does that.

It doesn't make a difference for the users installing the update, though, and
FTP masters are planning to move the security.debian.org dak code base to
the dak version running the regular Debian archive.
