Current Debian sid kernel version is too far behind the upstream version. I assume there must be a lot people using sid inspite of all the warnings from the website.
Sid has almost missed 5 kernel updates in the latest 3.10.x series. upstream has 3.10.16 whereas Debian has 3.10.11. There must be at least 2 dozen security fixes until now and the sid users are vulnerable to this situation right now. Why is the siutation like this?
