Hi,

An experimental new version of sgml-base is available at

  http://klecker.debian.org/~ardo/uploads/

This version contains:

 - the setup of the catalogs needed for the migration
 - a new script `update-catalog` for maintaining the super catalog and
   the centralized catalogs

The documentation has not been updated yet.  That's next.

Please test this to see whether everything still works.
