No, not yet. I've got the base stuff in place (i.e. a package that installs without a problem and results in having a /etc/xml/catalog on your system, and also purges cleanly). I'm now working on 'update-xmlcatalog' to actually add XML catalogs to the root catalog (and remove them of course).
