Hi, I've made the first public, highly experimental version of the xml-core package available at
http://people.debian.org/~ardo/UPLOADS/ The xml-core package contains the 'update-xmlcatalog' tool to manage XML catalog files. See update-catalog(8) for some details. For more details see the draft of the Debian XML policy see http://people.debian.org/~mrj/oasis/XML-Catalogs/Implementation-Guide.html Note that this draft still supports defining and mapping aliases for often-used stylesheet files to filenames on the local filesystem. The next version of the policy will require a local catalog for these files also, so a package catalog only has entries for local catalogs. This is already implemented in update-xmlcatalog. Please report any issues, bugs, etc. to this list and _not_ to the BTS. This is not an official Debian package yet.
