I have been trying to generate a PDF from a docbook manual and have not been able to get any useful results so far: it seems all tools have some issues with the manual and run into fatal error.
Can someone inform me what the currently preferred method for generating PDF is? If anyone feels like trying this themselves: the input I use is available at http://www.wiggy.net/tmp/manual.tar.gz .
