Sven, are you still looking to find someone to adopt sgml-tools (v1)? Or maybe, just to send you patches?
I have the impression that there are several eager folks on the debian-sgml list who are interested to see the problems and bugs in the sgml-tools package fixed. I know I am... Ahem -- unfornunately, I can only volunteer to do an NMU to reduce the conflicts with my own packages (sgml-data and sgmltools-v2).
