Oops. I take that back.

Strictly speaking, if the dblatex xsl files are customizations of
(i.e. import/include) any of the docbook stylesheets, they should be
placed under '/usr/share/sgml/docbook/custom/dblatex'

See

http://people.debian.org/~mrj/sgml-policy-draft/debian-docbook-directory.html

and especially

http://people.debian.org/~mrj/sgml-policy-draft/debian-docbook-custom-dir.html

for the explanation.

OTOH, someone has already placed the ldp stylesheets under
'/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/xsl/', which does (I must admit)
make some sense.

For now, do as you see fit. New policy will be coming out shortly
anyway.

Cheers,
Mark
