See if adding the line to your ~/.muttrc
my_hdr From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
works.
BTW, if you're interested in muttrc builder, check out
http://mutt.netliberte.org/
where it says "Muttrc builder is a www front-end to muttrc for lazy mutters."
