[In Chinese: 红旗 Linux 之 炎黄中文平台] I hereby announce Debian maintainer-to-be Yu Guanghui's ITP (intention to package) yh_3.1-1, Yan Huang Chinese Platform by Red Flag Linux. It is a Chinese console environment similar to chdrv and cce. One of the special features of yh is its ability to switch between GBK and Big5 encodings on-the-fly.
Red Flag Linux (http://www.redflag-linux.com/) has generously released this previously proprietary software under the GNU GPL.
