Bug#902373: snapshot.debian.org: broken W3C validator link

Package: snapshot.debian.org

At the bottom on the page there's a link to W3C markup validation 
service:

  http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer

But if you click this link, you always get:

  No Referer header found!

I guess this happens because snapshot.d.o disables sending Referer in 
the HTTP headers:

  referrer-policy: no-referrer
