Connectivity issues to http://snapshot.debian.org

Hello,

I'm experiencing connectivity issues when I'm trying to access the domain
snapshot.debian.org.
I'm getting the pages successfully sometimes but most of the times the
connection is refused.

Can you please help me with it?
