I've built a couple of things with gcc 2.7.2.3-3 and libc6-dev 2.0.90-971126-1, and find that there's some significant problem with select. Both rsync and xntpd die (or spin) with errors from select, reported as "select error: Bad file descriptor". I haevn't debugged it in any detail yet, has anyone else seen it, and have suggestions?
