Hello, I am interested in donating a sparc 1+ for use by debian developers. The machine has 8 megs of ram and a small (240 - 340) hard drive. I also have installed a aui to ten base t transciever on the machine. Is thier a home out there for my machine? Please let me know if anyone is interested. I live in Syracuse, New york and I am looking to keep the machine geographicaly close to cut down on transportation charges. If there is no one close I am more than willing to send it to Egypt as long as it is of value to the project. The same goes for the terminal. It can accompany the sparc or go somewhere else. Does not matter. All I ask is to know where the machine goes and who will be doing what with it. (Makes me sound like a my mother)
