Ciao,
my sparc machine won't work. I had problems with gcc,
that I wasn't able to solve. So I decided to reinstall everything.
The disks-sparc are a bit old, but they works ;-).
Unfortunately I have to upgrade almost everything. I started
with glibc (the last one), and then I upgraded the login
package. Now I'm no more able to login. What's wrong?
With the previous version of glibc I had a similar problem.
My login and password were accepted, but root login procedure
stopped before starting shell (su - had the same problem).
I'm a bit tired of all this problems, now, so I'm not able
to think about this new one. Everyone else has something to suggest?
