There was a bug in the syscall table for new_select syscall which was interpreted as llseek or something like that in all kernels before 2.0.33. I've fixed my 2.0.32 a while ago but didn't realized your troubles were coming from the kernel. We have to keed in mind this problem to talk about in an hypotetic future FAQ for the installation step. Bye. -- Eric Delaunay | "La guerre justifie l'existence des militaires.
