I've added some SPARC info on the hardware requirements and capabilities of the sparc boot-floppies to the Installation Manual. I don't have a sparc so I'm working blind off the kernel-image-2.0.35-2 for sparc, the S/Linux FAQ, and even the S/Linux 2.0.35 kernel patch diffs.
