Is this problem caused by the kernel trying to probe multiple LUNs, and can it be solved by supplying "max_scsi_luns=1" as a boot argument? (Chuque, or whoever is having this, try typing "linux max_scsi_luns=1" at SILO's "boot:" prompt, in case this helps.) Edmund
